Fifty Five Bay

The building has a secure entrance, and has a indoor pool & gym that can potentially be enjoyed by guests (please ensquire upon booking) and the apartment has two allocated undercover parking spots. The well sized master bedroom has a King Koil Royale bed, double wardrobes and an ensuite, while the 2nd bedroom also has a king bed of the same quality (which splits into 2 singles if required). Both bedrooms overlook the balcony and have views over Port Melbourne. The main bathroom is modern in styling has a fully equipped euro style laundry, featuring a washing machine & dryer.

The open plan dining area features a table which sits 6 people while the living area has a great sofa that you can relax on while watching the 32” TV – air conditioned for your convenience. Kitchen facilities included fully equipped drawers & cupboards, stainless steel appliances and stone bench top. But why cook when you can stroll out the front entrance to find cafes, restaurants and shops, or enjoy a 200m walk to the beach. Port Melbourne offers great relaxed beach style living and is only a few minutes from the CBD.
