If you like your comforts and want to stay in an interesting part of Melbourne, you’ll really enjoy Alto. You will experience a modern, self-contained townhouse with two luxurious double bedrooms and a single bedroom, ideal for the family or 5 adults, perfect for holidays or relocation accommodation. The living and dining area is spacious and comfortable, and opens to a balcony so you can enjoy alfresco dining. There’s a secure entrance, and if you need access to the internet you’ll enjoy the convenience of wireless broadband and a secure safe for your laptop and other valuables.

If you like to cook, the ample kitchen is fully equipped and you are seconds from the supermarket. But for many, the lure of the local restaurants is too strong and the Richmond pubs are some of Melbourne’s best. There’s a ‘buzzy’ cafe culture in Melbourne and the Baristas of Richmond serve coffee with a flourish, an experience not to be missed.

Alto is conveniently located for those who like to attend Melbourne’s annual sporting events such as the MCG for the AFL Grand Final, Melbourne and Olympic Parks and Rod Laver Arena for the Australian Open. Alto is close to the Epworth Hospital and St. Vincents Hospital and is just 15 minutes by tram to the CBD where you can visit the Arts Centre and Federation Square.

Richmond is one of Melbourne’s oldest inner suburbs and full of surprises - hidden galleries, retro shops, restaurants in churches, Bridge Road shopping outlets and up-market furniture shops. You never know what you’ll find!
