Set over 3 levels in a converted pillow factory, this older style conversion, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom property accommodates up to 6 people and has off street parking for 1 vehicle. The ground level offers a large bedroom with cut pile carpet and a comfortable king sized bed (can be split into 2 singles) plus an open plan dining & living area set on concrete floors with contemporary rugs. Move up the stairs to the mezzanine floor to find the fully equipped stainless steel compact kitchen with modern appliances and also the bathroom (including laundry facilities).
