Sandy Haven C

Sandy Haven C offers cheerful, serviced accommodation on a quiet street with the convenience 3 lovely bedrooms, all with quality bedding. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed plus ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a spacious king sized bed in each and one or both beds can be split to provide 2 singles if preferred. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

The designer-built kitchen has granite worktops, quality European appliances and very generous drawer and cupboard space. There is also a cleverly concealed European laundry with washer, dryer and sink for your convenience.  Relax in the comfortable lounge with contemporary leather couches plus wide screen TV with Foxtel (cable TV), DVD player and mini stereo/CD system. Wireless internet is included for your convenience ensuring providing access from every room. The property offers air-conditioning in the living area and ducted heating throughout. There is a large hot water system providing hot showers for everyone.

Outside there is a secure back courtyard where your pets can roam safely, including outdoor table and chairs for relaxed meals cooked on a gas barbecue. There is a double garage available with remote control access and plenty of on street parking.
