Tuscany

Perfect for two, this modern, serviced apartment is hidden away in the quiet oasis of The Majestic building on Fitzroy Street, St. Kilda. Experience a touch of Tuscany in this delightful, self-contained apartment with its Tuscan-style courtyard complete with ornate fountain, trellised vines and security entrance.

Tuscany is situated on the 1st floor of this Tuscan-style complex with internal stairs providing access to the apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave, which services a spacious open-plan living/dining room. Double,glass doors, open out onto an ornate, leafy balcony and floor to ceiling windows fill the room with light. 

The bedroom has a queen size, Italian, four-poster bed as well as built in robes and its own private balcony. Adjacent to this is a white, tiled bathroom, with shower over bath and a European style laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is also a very comfortable, double sofa bed in the living room, for additional guests, as well as a fold-away single bed or a cot on request.

Tuscany includes full use of the communal, indoor pool and gym facilities. It has been fitted with quality furnishings and appliances, with all linen and towels provided.
