Established in 2006, Boutique Stays is a unique Melbourne property management company, specialising in the quality short term serviced accommodation sector. The business has grown to offer many unique and inviting family friendly and pet friendly homes.
Our managing director, Bev Constable, started Boutique Stays having been inspired to provide a more appealing accommodation option for business travellers. Having stayed in many bland hotel rooms during her days working in the corporate world she longed to be able to open a window, sink into a comfortable couch and cook herself a quick meal if she chose.
What started off as an intentionally small, home based, 1 person business has now grown to directly employing around 20 people in our reservations, marketing, housekeeping and property management teams.
We are ideal for all kinds of guests wanting the perfect home away from home - including families relocating to Melbourne, corporate guests in Melbourne temporarily for work projects, and couples or families enjoying a holiday in Melbourne.
Our homes and apartments provide so much more than a hotel room or standard serviced apartment. Many of our properties have courtyards or balconies providing BBQ’s and relaxing outdoor spaces. Our kitchens are all fully supplied with cooking utensils, and the range of pots and pans that you would normally expect in your own home. And of course, all our properties are individually styled and uniquely appealing.
Our goal is to exceed guest expectations! When a guest walks in the door of a Boutique Stays property, we want them to feel immediately welcome and at home. We regularly receive compliments from our guests on ‘having thought of everything’.
Our properties are located in normal residential streets ensuring peace and quiet for guests and an opportunity to feel part of the community. At the same time we include weekly servicing in our rates so that guest’s still feel looked after, but do not have to contend with hotel style daily servicing which inhibits privacy.
Our rates are inclusive of weekly servicing (for stays of 11+ days), broadband internet, local calls (for most properties) and a range of household grocery items to make a guest’s stay more comfortable. We do not charge extra for these necessities as we are committed to inclusive pricing and value for money.
Whilst we do represent individual homes and apartments, we have consistent cleaning and maintenance standards for all properties. This ensures quality is consistent and maintained to a high level across all our properties.
For your convenience, our office is open 7 days a week and we also have one of our management team on call until 9pm at night for any emergencies.
Approximately half of our portfolio is pet friendly allowing guests to travel with their beloved furry friends. This is very rare to find amongst quality short stay accommodation.
