Sandy Breeze 3 is a renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, single level townhouse located on the edge of the Bay; a hop skip and a jump from Sandringham Beach.

This lovely open plan design home showcases quality furnishings, including stone benchtops, contemporary furnishings and hardwood floors throughout.

You will find a good sized layout including living / dining and a family sized, fully equipped kitchen, with generous drawer and cupboard space. Enjoy complimentary unlimited WiFi, a wide screen TV, and DVD player. The Foxtel Standard package is included for your viewing pleasure including 30 channels. Wireless internet is also provided for your convenience ensuring access from every room

The master bedroom features a queen size bed, with glass doors opening up to a sunny decked courtyard. A great place to chill out or dine al fresco, with BBQ and seating for 4. There is also access to the courtyard via the side entrance.

The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, or can be converted to 2 single beds if required. Both bedrooms include built-in robes and ceiling fans.

The spacious modern bathroom has a shower, single vanity and toilet. For your convenience there is also a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Reverse cycle heating and air conditioning in the central living and dining area will keep you cool in Summer and warm in Winter. There is also separate heating in the bedrooms.

Off street parking is available for one car in the lock up garage.

Sandy Breeze 3 is conveniently located less than 100 metres from the beach. Its also only a five minute walk away from your morning coffee and 600 metres from public transport connecting you to the worlds most liveable city of Melbourne.
