You'll find two spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, balcony and ground-level courtyard perfect for outdoor entertaining. The dining space can accommodate 6 people. Ducted cooling in the dining and living rooms with a gas fireplace in the upstairs living room. Downstairs living room has split system heating and cooling and each bedroom has its own split system with heating and cooling

Sleeping:
This magnificent residence offers all the modern amenities one would need to enjoy their time in Melbourne. The main bedroom on the first floor has a king-split bed, BIRs, WIR & stunning ensuite.

On the second level, the second bedroom features a queen bed and BIRs, while the third bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed and BIRs.

Two bathrooms make mornings hassle-free.
There are separate toilets on each level for added convenience

The lift is locked off and not available. The lift can only be used with permission and we require an upfront deposit to cover any call out fee if the lift breaks down through misuse. If the lift is required please discuss with our reservations team on 1300018018.

The front intercom works as a doorbell only. There is no video/picture
